My name is Krysta, I am the manager of Chakra Home Buyers. I became a nurse in 1998 and spent many years as a travel nurse working in different cities/states throughout my nursing career. I worked in some of our nation’s leading hospitals, working alongside new doctors and nurses and adapting to the cultural differences in each location. I was born and raised in San Diego, CA but have lived in the Bay Area and Los Angeles as well. I have also been living in Texas for the past 10 years but continue to stay and work in CA as well, I split time between these two states. My passion is helping others and my mission in life is to make a positive impact on as many people’s lives as I can. I have always been interested in alternative medicine as a nurse and started studying sound healing at an institute in San Francisco a few years ago. I was intrigued by the use of using vibrations and sound as a form of therapy for ADD, PTSD, chronic pain, and so much more. The money I make as a real estate investor is being put towards starting a second business in holistic wellness. As a Registered Nurse I will focus on using vibrational sound therapy as an alternative solution for stress, pain, and anxiety.
The Registered Nurse Investor
As a homeowner myself, I bought my first home when the housing prices were high in 2005 and had to sell my condo in 2011. Well, as most people know my property was worth far less in 2011 than when I bought it and I had to sell my house by way of a short sale. I remember the investor who bought my property, he guided me throughout the entire process and it was this experience that really peaked my interest in real estate and the home buying process. Being the ambitious person that I am, I started looking into how I too could get involved in real estate and help others, the same way that investor helped me in 2011. After talking with others about it for quite some time, I decided to start studying real estate. I slowly made the transition, attending conferences all around the United States, reading books, listening to podcasts, watching YouTube videos, and networking with real estate professionals. After many years of heavily immersed self education, studying, working with other investors in their businesses and saving up money, I couldn’t wait to manage a company. I knew that I would still be able to help people in time of need but instead of helping patients as a nurse I would be helping homeowners as an investor. It was important to me to know I would be one of the main decision makers of the company, with compassion and integrity, I could go above and beyond making sure people were taken care of and not taken advantage of.
